1 cup (240 ml) hot water

1β2 tsp lemon juice (for color change & flavor)

Mint leaves or ginger (for added flavor)

Boil water

Heat 1 cup of water until it just reaches a boil.

Steep the flowers

Add the dried butterfly pea flowers to a teapot or cup.

Pour the hot water over the flowers.
